Download & install Fusion 360:

Check your laptop specs to ensure it can run Fusion 360
Follow this link to make an Autodesk account and download Fusion 360
To access the education license, go to this link and under Fusion 360 click get product and then click access
Once in Fusion 360, it will ask you to log in with your credentials and create a team, you can just title it your name.
