Getting Started
These activities are primarily hands-on practice with Microsoft 365 and Whisper.ai transcription services to learn to use key features of the software.
Please Note: If you are a UVic staff or faculty member, you will not be able to use the Whisper.ai transcription software unless your faculty systems support person installs it for you.

Workshop Activities
The following link will open a new browser tab where you can select either the Microsoft365 cloud-based AI transcription tool or the locally installed Whisper.ai transcription tool: Transcription with GenAI activities. Once you’ve finished the transcription activities you can come back to this tab to complete the other GenAI research activities.
