Activity 5: OPTIONAL - OneDrive Syncronization to your laptop for desktop Microsoft Office apps:

  1. Install the OneDrive client on your laptop for Mac -OR- Windows and if you don’t have MS Word on your computer already, you’ll need to install the Office 365 suite as well.
  2. Create a Word document and save it to One Drive: Mac -OR- Windows
  3. Share the document with someone else with editing privileges (same as web)
  4. Collaboratively edit the document with another person (same as web)
  5. Share the same document with another person with read-only access or (same as web)
  6. Share the same document with another person with read-only or review permissions (same as web)
